Production access

Production credentials are generated by you, in the London Bridge internet banking. They are released only after the commercial and technical gates below are cleared.

London Bridge never sends you credentials

Nobody at LB Pay will e-mail you a client_secret. You generate it yourself in the internet banking, and it is shown to you once. If you ever receive credentials from someone claiming to be LB Pay, treat it as fraud and report it.

The process

Three gates clear first — none of them technical on your side. Then the six steps are yours.

#StepWhat it means
1KYB approvedYour company passed Know Your Business verification
2Contract signedCommercial terms closed
3Integration checklist validatedEvery item in the certification checklist reviewed and accepted
4Access arrives by e-mailThe invitation goes to the contact registered during onboarding
5Create your internet banking userComplete the registration from the invitation link
6Generate your credentialsOpen the Integrations tab and create the client_id and client_secret. Copy the secret immediately — it is shown once. Store it in a secrets manager, never in source control
7Generate the production mTLS certificateCertificates are environment-specific: PROD is a different one from SDB. Follow mTLS Onboarding again, and remember the private key never leaves your infrastructure
8Send your source IPsProduction only accepts calls from addresses you declared. Include every egress IP — NAT gateways and secondary regions included — or the ones you forget will be refused
9Run test transactions in productionSmall, real amounts. Confirm a deposit and a withdrawal end to end, verify the webhooks arrive, and reconcile both against GET /v1/statement
10Scheduled go-liveAgree a date and time with London Bridge for an accompanied go-live. Someone from LB Pay follows the first production traffic with you, so a problem is caught while both sides are watching
